The Challenge

Supporting a growing hospitality portfolio from concept to market.

Intanah Hospitality Group was expanding its portfolio of hospitality brands and developments across Bali. As new projects moved from concept to market, the business needed clear investor materials, persuasive sales collateral and consistent brand positioning.

Each property also needed to retain its own identity while remaining recognisably part of a larger hospitality group. As the portfolio grew, this extended into the need for a more consistent and scalable digital presence.

The challenge was therefore broader than building individual websites. It was to create a commercial and digital framework that could support existing properties, new developments and future growth.

Project Evolution

From individual assignments to an ongoing strategic relationship.

The relationship developed over several stages as the scope of work expanded across Intanah’s portfolio.

Phase 01

Investor Presentations

Investor decks designed to communicate the concept, commercial opportunity and long-term value of new hospitality developments.

Phase 02

Sales Kits

High-quality sales materials created to present venues, accommodation, weddings, events and group offerings to prospective clients and commercial partners.

Phase 03

Brand Development

Rebranding and positioning support for new properties, helping each concept establish a clear identity, market position and customer proposition before launch.

Phase 04

Digital Platform

Strategy, content and Webflow development for a connected portfolio of hospitality websites supported by ongoing digital management.

Our Approach

One commercial strategy, adapted for each property.

Rather than treating every assignment as an isolated project, Mr Content Asia developed a connected approach across the group.

Each property was given its own positioning, visual direction, content structure and customer journey. At the same time, shared standards were introduced across strategy, messaging, website development and ongoing management.

This allowed Intanah to present a more professional and consistent group presence without making its individual properties feel identical.

Commercial positioning Defining the audience, proposition and strongest commercial story for each property.
Investor materials Structuring and writing investor presentations for new developments.
Sales collateral Creating sales kits for weddings, events, accommodation and group business.
Brand development Rebranding and positioning new hospitality concepts as they prepared to enter the market.
Website strategy Planning page structures and customer journeys around each property’s commercial goals.
Copywriting Writing complete website content in a consistent but property-specific tone.
Webflow development Designing and building responsive websites that could be managed and extended over time.
Ongoing digital support Managing updates, new content, technical improvements and future digital projects.
The Portfolio

A digital platform built around distinct hospitality brands.

The resulting websites share a consistent level of quality and structure while reflecting the individual market, personality and commercial role of each destination.
